CHALLENGES

The Wall Street Journal wanted to spotlight what success looks like and how leaders in their field are reimagining workplace culture. GRADIENT was tasked with creating an elevated stage and conference design utilizing their newest brand styling for both their in person guests and their team members who would watch virtually.

STRATEGY

GRADIENT collaborated on the show format and set design at rapid speed to accommodate the Editorial Department’s late breaking developments. The forum was live streamed directly to the Editorial room and all 4 speaker spotlights were accessible online to the WSJ subscribers on the following news cycle. The event was MC’ed by The Editorial WSJ team and featured a line-up of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Comedian Samantha Bee, CEO of Alto Pharmacy Alicia Boler Davis, and Grammy Award Winning Jazz Vocalist Samara Joy.
