CHALLENGES
Gradient had the opportunity to plan end execute the 2022 gala dinner honoring the latest class of Women of Worth honorees and launching a fresh new take on this flagship program’s branding.
STRATEGY
The event took place at The Ebell of Los Angeles, a historic women’s club, where we paid homage to the natural architecture with custom scenic pieces, staging and honoree installations. The evening’s programming consisted of micro panels led by L’Oreal spokespeople, allowing each honoree to discuss their unique philanthropic cause and celebrate their worth.
Guests walked the custom purple carpet, were able to take part in a one of a kind photo portrait celebrating their inner power and enjoyed an evening of fine food and thoughtful programming.
