CHALLENGES

The James B Beam Distilling Company was looking to celebrate it’s multi-year campus renovation in a larger-than-life way. Leaning on the beauty of the recently renovated campus, we designed a “re-opening” event that encouraged all guests to live into the JBBDCO mantra of “Come as Friends, Leave as Family.”

STRATEGY

A ribbon cutting ceremony with the Noe family took place outside the main campus building with remarks given by local officials. Subsequently, press/media, government officials and local community members were able to participate in a variety of events on site celebrating the innovation hub and legacy distilling company. Guests enjoyed craft pairings of food and drink, custom lawn games, food tied back to the yeast in the bourbon mash and many others. Custom tours guided folks through various campus building’s each focusing on a different bourbon product and the educating them on the unique process for each. By the end of the day all guests were able to say they left as family.
