CHALLENGES
To create visibility for the consortium client, GRADIENT in partnership with Sopexa, produced a US tour of French Cheeses Pop-Ups in key markets.
STRATEGY
From Chicago, to New York to Seattle and Miami, the Pop-ups leveraged high-traffic neighborhoods in under-utilized spaces to foster press and consumer awareness of the provenance message of the French regroupment. Leveraging local cultural moments, the Cheeses of France Pop-Up even integrated food as art during Art Basel in Miami, ensuring the activation’s spot in the “Top 10 Experiences of the Week”.
